How you are Assessed and Certified
Assessment includes short knowledge checks, observed practice, and workplace tasks during placement.
When you meet the standard, you receive the:

Trainer feedback happens quickly so you can close any gaps, and re-attempts are explained step by step. Your statement is issued once records are verified.
Where and When you Can Train
Venues are listed with access and transport notes so you can plan the trip, and parking details are shared in the booking email.
Practical days and workshops run in various locations across Australia, and new sessions are added often. If you do not see a nearby date, say so – new spots open faster where interest is strong.

Prerequisites and Fitness to Participate
You should be able to read, write, and speak English for study and workplace tasks.
Placement sites may ask for checks or records, which can include a police check, NDIS Worker Screening, vaccinations, or first aid.
