Making a Complaint
If something has not felt okay, please tell us. You will not be ignored or treated differently for speaking up.
- Reach out using any of the options above.
- Tell us what happened, how it affected you, and what you’d like changed.
- Ask for help – we can talk it through with you.
We handle complaints with care and privacy. Only people who need to know will be involved. It will not be held against you.
